We are looking for a FP&A Manager for a natural resources company, located in Anchorage, AK.
About the Role
Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational plans
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis
Be the owner of all things data for the Finance Department and drive process improvements in existing systems; identify and propose new tools
Build and develop a team of Financial Analysts, creating a collaborative and high performance work environment
Work closely with the Accounting group to drive and enhance synergies between the two functions
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting
5-8 years of relevant Finance experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
