We are looking for a Hospitality Manager for a luxury hotel, located in Colorado Springs, CO.
About the Role
Oversee daily operations of the luxury hotel
Ensure impeccable guest experiences through effective management of staff and resources
Coordinate with department heads to maintain high service standards across all areas
Implement and monitor guest feedback systems to continuously improve service quality
Collaborate with the front desk team to streamline check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues promptly
Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence
Manage inventory levels for amenities and supplies, coordinating with procurement team as needed
Work closely with the concierge team to facilitate guest requests and enhance their stay experience
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, preferably in a managerial role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
Certification in hospitality management or relevant professional accreditation is a plus
Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends in the luxury hospitality sector
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
