About the Role
Drive Growth: Achieve location-specific growth objectives while expanding market share.
Lead with Innovation: Promote and sell financial solutions, demonstrating how our technology simplifies lending.
Build Relationships: Conduct regular visits with clients and partners to strengthen relationships, generate new loans, and support long-term success.
Ensure Efficiency: Assist with loan operations to deliver a fast, seamless, and positive client experience.
Manage Risk: Support risk management and collection activities within your portfolio while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with team members to develop business strategies and prioritize sales pipelines across multiple product lines.
Requirements
Proven business development experience.
Credit & Underwriting: 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting.
Relationship Builder: Ability to cultivate strong connections with teammates, clients, and partners.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and explaining technology-driven products and services.
Self-Motivated: Independent, results-driven, and able to prioritize your sales execution day-to-day.
Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
