We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for a Manufacturing company, located in Hattiesburg, MS.
About the Role
Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes
Collaborating with design engineering and production teams to refine product designs
Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability
Conducting process analysis to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards in all manufacturing processes
Providing technical support to the manufacturing team as needed
Supervising the implementation of new production processes and technologies
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Requirements
A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
