We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist for a major FMCG firm located in Dallas, TX.
About the Role
Provide business-based HR support for multiple customers
Become the expert within our HR systems to support all people related processes including employee records, hiring, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, compensation and reporting.
Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate as a team member on special projects for HR.
Manage completion of annual Audit Self-Assessment Test for the HR department.
Collaborate with organization leaders to create workforce, staffing and retention plans to ensure availability of the talent necessary to accomplish business results; Participate in creating the strategic workforce plan that provides the talent roadmap to fill gaps and further bolster strengths.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
General administrative support of HR Department (and other departments by exception) which includes purchase orders, applicant tracking system, employee file management, internal and self-audits, ordering supplies, etc.
Requirements
4 years’ prior experience in Human Resources
Experience with Oracle HR systems
Strong analytical skills
Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Sound judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information
HR certification (HRCI or SHRM)
